If you are looking for a nanny, we need to know as much as possible about you, your family and your particular requirements so that we can find the person who is just perfect for you.

When we get your details we will immediately start looking for the right person. We will send you our charges and terms of business and as soon as we have suitable candidates for you to interview, we will contact you with their details so that you can arrange a meeting with each one.

Top Notch Nannies is a member of REC (formerly known as FRES) and is a licensed agency (no. W2063). We are happy to provide referees for our service if you would like to check on our record.

When we place a childcarer in a permanent position we will charge you an introductory fee. Once you have paid that fee we will guarantee the nanny or other carer for the first eight weeks of their employment. This means that if she is removed from employment, we will either replace her or issue you with a credit note for the money you have paid us according to our Scale of Rebate.
